4. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers / sub-processors who help us run the platform — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and customer support tooling.
- Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the sale, subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle processes payment data as an independent controller; see Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy at paddle.com/legal.

We never sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside the UK / EEA by our sub-processors. Where this occurs we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes set out above. Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after closure, unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. UK/EEA users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. We aim to respond within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the platform. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from using the service.
