Why is trading so easy to run scams in?

This question is skipped over by so many people when trying to even prevent scams from taking place. Trading is SO SO easy to run scams in due to the fact that its a fast money industry, with or without any scams. That is how its always been, and that is how it was invented to be.
The problem is, as a scammer, whether you do it behind closed doors or out in the open, this emotion is very easy to capitalize on. Down to the fact that people don't actually know they're experiencing it, so they think that you can be experienced.
The truth is, nobody knows if the market is going up down or sideways, all people know is that they have to be better than the person next to them. That's what created this entire sub industry that's accepted, and normalized in the financial world. Written off as " Oh its just trading, its all a scam" WRONG, let me tell you why.

Where do the scams begin?

The thing about trading is, there are so many ways to be scammed. As when I say trading, I mean TRADING as a whole. Including cryptocurrency. The scams come in many different shapes and sizes these days, but there are ways to always stay safe, even if you don't think there is (that comes next)
The problem is in the fact that you see them everyday, and scammers like large trading creators online have such a huge platform to scam on. So because of the publicity they're granted, their scam can manifest.
Usually that's where the scams begin, with the larger creators. As to push a scam you need some form of a platform for people to even take you seriously. I feel like they're so talked about today though that if you have been trading for years and still fall for them, you weren't being very smart.

How to protect yourself against these scams?

This part is the easiest thing of all, but usually people forget based on certain sets of principle revolved around their subconscious that they don't even know.
Write this down;
"Nobody wants to make you fast money"
unfortunate? of course. Simple? absolutely
None of these creators promising the world have your best interest at mind, they only want to profit from you. That's why the promise of fast money turns you into a sheep within a matter of minutes. You hear those words, MAKE MONEY FAST, and you turn into a mindless robot.
This is what they know will happen to you, that's how they make their money from you.

What scams are there?

This is the easiest of all to identify. Keeping that quote in mind, here's a list of all forms of scams that you can find in the trading space today.
  • Copy trading
  • Mentorships
  • Guaranteed whale pumping (meme coins)
  • Trading signal groups (different form of copy trading)
  • Courses (biggest)
  • Prop firms (in some cases)

These in themselves sound harmless. Maybe you'd even think you might make some money from them.
Unfortunately, they're engineered against you, so that you cant win. Yep. The copy trader will always be the copy trader, as you've bought a boundary on yourself.
Even the whale pumps. I mean cmon guys. they want you to pump the coin for them based off the hype they've built. Its not real. They don't want you to make money.
Any model where the person on the other end is making constant or once off money from you, is not being spun in your favor.
People over complicate this, and act as though its some super high level scam. When really it just capitalizes on the needs of newer people, and makes them doubt the entire game.
I'm here to let you know right now, there is good ones out there. As a beginner, the best advice I can give you is enter this space the same way you'd enter a Savannah if you were an antelope. You are the prey, while everyone around you is the predator, and believe me, they will hunt you.
